Minol

Minol offers comprehensive energy management programs for water, gas and electricity. This print ad campaign was designed to reach property managers and owners of multifamliy and commercial properties as the ads address the many facets of managing energy consumption.

The concept uses dramatic images of utility services that the end-user sees, coupled with a word that has a double meaning — one that obviously refers to the utility being provided, the other referring to a business attribute that Minol offers that benefits the property owner and manager.
